Craft Survival Games

Hello,
I recently voted for this server, but have found a few problems that I don't know how to solve.
1.When I tried to vote for you, I got to the page, but when I clicked "vote #1" it said planetminecraft could not be found. Which leads to #2
2. Since vote #1 didn't work, I tried clicking vote #2, and it said, Thanks for your vote! or something similar to that. When I checked to see if I got my prizes, I did not receive them, I could not find the bottles of enchanting, the 500 dollars, or the diamond, and the /kit Diamonder would not work.... Also, I did not the the vote that said, Thank you for your vote, Xxjadenfong13xX. Now, whether this was because I did something wrong, the vote wasn't counted, or there is a delay, I do not know, I am just hoping someone can shed some light on this (especially you Shicking!  )
